Valorant ping keeps getting to 800

I start out fine with 10ms/11 ms. Then mid game ping spikes upto 200-1000 and causes lag in game. I tried isolating my device wifi card for preferred 5G only. I have recently switched to Xfinity from tmobile. I had no ping issues then. and suddenly now i have these issues
