Valorant California Ping Issue

I am having the same issue as this person here, I have noticed many others with the same exact issue. I have read multiple forums on the xfinity community page and it seems everyone was told the same thing eventually; to private message for a live chat. I don't know if any of their issues were resolved but I would like help with this issue as it has being going on for almost 1-2 years now.

Hi, there! @us3rrr_1! We appreciate you for taking the time out of your day to contact XFINITY over our forums page and for patiently waiting for a response. Thanks for sending us that image. Are you still noticing issues with the ping/routing at this time?

Have you changed your equipment at all in that time frame?

@XfinityAnthonyT I am  once again having this same issue. I was resolved for a while after I posted here but the issue has now reappeared.

@us3rrr_1

Here's how to send a DM / direct message (private message);

Click "Sign In" if necessary.

Click the "Direct Message" icon  in the upper right corner or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press the "Enter" key on your keyboard to send it.
