Using wi fi jammers ti disrupt my wifi

My internet is being hacked, interrupted and disconected by some next store neighbors since March of 2025.

I have a doorbell camera and I have noticed several times that gets disconnected, recordings go down to 1 second and sometimes it doesn't even show someone at my door because I seen a couple of neighbors using what it seems like wifi jamers.

This week has been worst that we were out of town and I would like for XFINITY to please look at my account and see if you can see the disruptions on my wifi and hopefully I can confirm what I have suspected, since last year.
