Username & password not working on Bridge Mode

Comcast sent me a new modem but before I can install it, I have to take my network off Bridge mode. I tried to use my username and password but it keeps saying that it is incorrect and locks me out. I don’t see a way to reset the username and password. Can you assist?

Are you using admin for the username and password for the password ?

I did initially but I believe I changed the password.  Unfortunately, I do not know where I placed the password.  It will not allow me to reset.

Then you'll need to hard reset it to factory defaults by pressing and holding in the recessed reset button on the rear for 30 seconds. The user name and the password will now become the defaults of admin and password. Be advised, you will lose any customized settings, and they will need to be re-configured from scratch.
