hello i would like to know why is my us/ds,5ghz,2ghz lights are blinking and the online light is turned off on my xfinity router

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

Hello, @user_ja9vnp. Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the modem light concern. Have you tried rebooting the modem manually or through our awesome Xfinity App? Rebooting the device will refresh the connection and might help in resolving this issue.
