US profile assignment change. US Chan ID: 41
I monitor my latency in real time and it directly coincides with the changing of ofdma upstream channel log messaged every 3-10 minutes all day long. A technician came out to investigate and found nothing wrong at my home and said I have a strong signal. He replaced the Moca filter and the 1 splitter I have for X1 box and Modem and checked all other connections. I have tried 2 different modem and router combination with the same latency spike results. I am currently using a Netgear CM3000 but have provisioned to test a Motorola MB8611. Both are rated for the speed plan I subscribe to (2gig). I have also factory reset all devices multiple times. I would like to get this resolved....has anyone had a solution to this problem or know who I can call?? I can schedule another tech visit but he didnt seem to know what the errors mean on the modem just the basic checking signal stuff and tell me to get Xfinity Modem. Any insight would be great! Attaching recent logs....there are usually more but I clear to monitor the situation. There are usually T3 Timeouts as well mixed in there.
