If i could boycott comcast, i would.  your offshore agents are the worst.  they speak english but, don't understand ANYTHING other than the most basic questions that appear on their scripts.  hearing them repeat the same thing over and over again, while not helping is absurd.  

COMCAST HAD A NET INCOME OF TWENTY BILLION DOLLARS $20,000,000,000.00, WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SUFFER WITH OFFSHORE LUNACY THAT WASTES OUR TIME.  GET WITH THE PROGRAM.  I THINK COMCAST CAN AFFORD US CALL CENTERS.
