Urgent: Extremely Long Wait at Xfinity Store – Missed My Ride Due to Delay in Router Pickup
I’ve been waiting at the Xfinity store for an unreasonably long time just to pick up my router, which was already marked as ready for pickup well in advance. Despite checking in and waiting patiently, every customer who arrived after me has been attended to—while I have been ignored completely.
This delay has now caused me to miss my scheduled ride, creating significant inconvenience. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of proper queue management and customer service. I need an immediate resolution and accountability for this delay. Please look into this matter urgently and ensure this does not happen to other customers.
