Urgent Billing Issue and Request for Clarification

Hello,

I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding my recent billing statements, which have shown significant and unexplained increases over the past two months.

In April, I initially received a statement showing a balance of $176 due on April 14. Shortly afterward, I received another statement indicating a balance of approximately $430 due the same day. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the higher amount included my May bill and that I only needed to pay the $176 at that time.

However, as of today, April 24, I have received yet another bill stating that I owe $561. I have spent considerable time trying to reach someone for clarification, but I have not received a clear explanation. I am also being told that I am on a payment plan, which is incorrect—I did not authorize or enroll in any such arrangement.

This situation is extremely frustrating. I have proof that my previous balances were paid, and I do not understand why my charges continue to increase without explanation. Additionally, during a prior call, I felt disrespected when a supervisor did not take my concern seriously.

I have been a loyal customer for over 17 years, and I expect transparency and professionalism when it comes to billing matters—especially when it involves my money.

I am requesting an immediate review of my account, a clear explanation of these charges, and a correction of any errors. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to consider canceling my service.
