Upstream packet loss and disconnects daily

​​Been having constant disconnects and upstream packet loss for 4 months now (no wifi, hard wired directly to modem). Contacted support 3-4 weeks ago and they said there was an issue and my area and scheduled a tech to come out. The tech never showed up. Internet is still horrible. Need Comcast to resolve this issue.​​

Upgraded to xFi Gateway (XB8) + xFi Complete. Same issue ended up happening and I did some more digging. Found this in the firewall logs and it aligns exactly with when my internet hung for 5-10 seconds.

FW.IPv6 INPUT drop , 4057 Attempts, 2023/4/22 00:37:03 Firewall Blocked
FW.IPv6 FORWARD drop , 360 Attempts, 2023/4/21 22:56:34 Firewall Blocked
