Upstream network connectivity issues

For the past month or so I have been experiencing network connectivity issues as shown in the image below:

RED Packet Loss
YELLOW High Latency Detected
GREEN No Issues
BLUE Network Failover Active
GREY

Internet Outage (Ignore in this image, network was offline due to HVAC outage)

This has been an ongoing issue since April 11th per my network's logs, but has been especially bad since the beginning of June where I have had 44 reports of my network connection going down multiple times a day. I have done all of the troubleshooting I could from my end from restarting my UniFi Cable Modem to verifying the cable connections had no kinks or damage to them. There is no issue with my network anywhere I can find on my end, but these reports on my network are plaguing me.

What do the modem's signal status values look like ? Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1

Please copy all of the text in its entirety of the *Downstream Power Levels*, the *SNR's* (Signal to Noise Ratios), and the *Upstream Power Level* numbers and paste them into your next post.

UniFi does not expose that information or make them accessible via direct IP connection to the UCI (UniFi Cable Internet).

@ddryer

That's unfortunate. Contact Comcast Customer Service. They may be able to see the signal stats from their end. Good luck !
