Upstream Bonded Channels (Partial Service)

Noticing some erratic behaviors with my service, I began troubleshooting by power-cycling my Netgear CM1150V cable modem.  It took much longer to completly reconnect than I've experienced in the past, and the Upstream LED indicator remains in a blinking green state, indicating partial service.

 

To be thorough, I also initiated another modem reset remotely through the Xfinity on-line support site, and had the same result; i.e. very slow to complete and upstream indicator still blinking green.
