Upload speeds under 1
As of a week ago, I’m suddenly getting upload speeds of less than .5 mbps. I pay for 150/20 mbps. I am unable to use my work laptop which has a VPN because of it. Xfinity tech came and blamed it on my work computer even though every device in my house was getting less than 1 mbps. The computer works perfectly fine in office and at my boyfriends. How can I get them to fix my upload speeds that I pay for? I have a documented disability and need to be able to work from home.

Hello, @user_pol3p4. I appreciate you making us aware of your upload speed issues via Forums. I would be more than happy to help find a solution to this problem you're having. So that we don't go over something you've already done, can you please share with me what troubleshooting steps have you completed on your own?
Have you by any chance reset the modem by using the incredible Xfinity app? How about a power cycle, have you tried that?
