Upload Speeds of 200 Mbps Not Enabled

Hello, I have your top tier internet package of 2000 Mbps downloads. My hardware setup is achieving this service just fine. However, the uploads are still capped at 40 Mbps. Can you please provide assistance or instruction on enabling the full 200 Mbps upload speeds? Thank you.
