Your speed all depends on the plan and area that you live in as well as if you are using compatible equipment. Have you changed anything recently?
It's kind of strange tay the week before xmas I was getting >680 down and `689 up. Today I am getting 758 down and 40 up.Nothing in my environment has changed. My bill also had gone up to around $300 it was around $270. on xmas day anything that was being streamed was timing out. The last time this happened was due to the cable being over provisioned. When I talked to support they checked my modem and indicated that they checked the firmware and updated it. After this I am no longer able to log into my modem.
