Upload speed

Hello, I have currently 35-40mbps upload speed but upgrades have been going on in my area and when I look at my plan on xfinity websites like to upgrade it says I have a plan for 2000mbps download and 300mbps upload.. I was curious if I can unlock this 300mbps upload somehow?
