Upload speed throttling
I know. I know you will continually say my upload speed is not being throttled. But 4 weeks now. 4 WEEKS. I have mentioned the same issue (upload speed extremely low while download is high) and all I get is it is a high traffic time. I am sorry. I am not a [Edited: "Language"]. Last time I went into the xFinity store for the 4th time (because the live chat is absolute garbage) they wouldn't even send a technician. I had zero issues for nearly 3 years with it. I have multiple devices experiencing the drop. What gives. I need this fixed. I am personally experiencing financial loss due to this. Do I need to get someone else involved outside of xFinity/Comcast?
Something changed. It wasn't on my end. Also I love how the only option is "home network"
