Upload Speed randomly droping/flucuating, even after replacement gateway and coax

Hi there, i do live streams and recently been having issues, recently been since late september. the specific issue is that my upload and only my upload speed will randomly drop to sometimes near zero, while in the middle of livestreams, forcing me to restart my modem multiple times, which doesnt exactly clear the issue. after multiple tests even replacing my xb7 with the newer xb8 and association coax, im still having upload instability, on mulitple devices.

ive ran tests even through xfinity;s own app and it also shows the slow upload which tells me its on xfinity's end. i do have a tech scheduled for this weekend to come out but im asking the forum here if there is anyone else that has had this problem or has any ideas what could be causing it? or possibly the best into to provide the tech so i can reach some kind of solution here as quickly as possible, as this is actively affecting multiple peoples ability to broadcast to twitch and such.

i also checked my gateways power levels and other things like SNR and the only thing that looks out of spec is downstream power levels but perhaps i am unknowledgable.

I have also been randomly having upload speed issues. It's not constant,  only intermittent,  but enough that it causes me live streaming issues until it stops.
