Upload speed not increased

A couple weeks ago I received an email saying that my upload speeds would be increased.  They have not.  If anything they are consistently lower.

The troubleshooting steps you have tried so far are always helpful so we can ensure you are not repeating steps. We can check your account from here to ensure it shows the upgrade, that your modem is listed properly in our systems, and that the bootfile is correct. We will get to the bottom of this!

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

Well, I can't possibly know what you've tried so far. You didn't post any details. You may be surprised to know how many posters don't even know about it....

That said, this may be a modem provisioning / speed configuration file issue. I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) who are available to these boards. They will be able to poll the modem and check that for you. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !
