Upload Speed Mismatch

I was checking the upload speeds according to my 1G plan and it's only 25Mbps max but the 1G advertised by Xfinity says upload speeds should be over 100Mbps. Does my plan need to be upgraded? Why am I not getting the upload speeds I'm paying for?

Do you meet all the requirements in https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/customer-service/upload-speeds/677b01a7121aae71d76926bf?commentId=677b05b23423b47b4071a8d0&replyId=677bd66e7699a97c89069e62 to get the faster upload speeds of Next Gen/Enhanced Speed service?

Thank you for your comment. Yes, I have the 1G plan (which is in their current plans) and I use the Xfinity modem given by them.
