Upload speed keeps dropping every couple of days

I need this escalated to Tier 2 support or Network Engineering. My gateway (Model CGM4981COM) is experiencing an upstream mid-split profile drop. Over a few days, the OFDMA Upstream Channel 41 locks its frequency but its Symbol Rate drops to exactly 0, reverting the channel type to TDMA. My Upstream Power Levels are perfect at 39-41 dBmV and my Uncorrectable Codewords are at 0. This is a known CMTS profile sync bug on the neighborhood node that requires a remote provisioning profile rebuild for my MAC address, not an in-home technician visit.
