Upload Speed Issues

One of the main reasons I decided to go with XFINITY Now was for the 20mbps upload speed which has been great until the past few days. Recently I can't get above 5mbps upload speed running any speed test, and it's a direct hindrance to my daily work flow. I've restarted my gateway, unplugged it, tried different ethernet cables, etc. with no luck. Someone help I need a real human to speak to me 😭
