Upload Speed Far Below Plan

Hello,

My current internet plan is 2 Gbps download / 250 Mbps upload. I am consistently getting the full 2 Gbps download, but my upload speed is stuck at 50–60 Mbps, which is far below the 250 Mbps I’m paying for.

I am using Xfinity’s XB8 equipment and have also tested on a wired connection. The issue persists, which indicates it is not a local networking setup issue.

Can you please check my line provisioning and confirm that my XB8 is correctly configured for 250 Mbps upload? If there are any signal or account provisioning issues, please let me know the next steps.
