Upload quality intermittently dropping.
I've had an ongoing issue (pretty much for the past 5 years) with the reliability of my upload speed, I do part time video work which has my streaming out on a consistent basis throughout the week, typically nights from around 7-1030. I've had technicians come out, add a noise filter, redo the line to my place from the tap, give me a new router, pretty much anything directly involving me and the place has been done, yet there's still the same issue happening. Any time a tech comes out, they take their readings and of course everything looks fine because the noise issue isn't typically happening when they're here.
I went through the app last night, ran the test and at the time of the interference I was getting like 70% of my plan speed, and that's the download (that's all the app checks, making this an even bigger pain to explain the issue). They had me schedule an appointment, which I just got a text saying it got canceled for seemingly no reason.
I have taken it upon myself to track the issue using Pingplotter and it always comes back to hop 2, the tap outside my place. I would very much like this to be taken care, I just want a consistent experience, specifically with my upload speed/quality.
