Uplink packetloss/ping spikes/jitter

For the last 2 or 3 weeks I have been experiencing packetloss, ping spikes, and jitter. It happens as frequently as every 5 minutes while playing online games, streaming videos, or voice chatting using discord. The problem happens on any device we use both on wifi and hardwired into the gateway. I’ve tried restarting the gateway through the app and hard restarting by unplugging it with no improvement. I ran a trace route and one of the intermediate hops experiences 60-70% packetloss continuously so i don’t feel like its an issue on my end.
