Upgraded upload speed

As best I can tell, the SB8200 is not eligible for increased upload speeds. Thank you so much @BruceW for assisting with the information with @user_w08drg  . While the modem you have may be compatible for your download speeds for your account it is not compatible for the Next Gen upload speeds. After putting in your address and level of downloads at the link: https://mydeviceinfo.xfinity.com/ if you scroll down you will see an additional box with the title "All Compatible Devices" (including next generation speed tiers.) You would need to select this for the modems that are compatible devices for those upgraded upload speeds. I want to let you know that there are great benefits to using our Xfinity modem https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/why-rent-wireless-gateway. 

This is ridiculous!  I have a surfboard S33 that is very capable of more that 12mbps upload speed but Verizon lies to their customers and say its not supported because they want you to rent from them.  They should be taken to court and fined for this ridiculous clam...
