Good morning, @user_4333b8DY, and thanks for reaching out with your networking concerns to your garage door opener not working on your WiFi network with your new modem. I can understand how frustrating that could be!

Does your garage door opener have an app for setup and support? I would confirm that it is still on your in-home network, and that all required fields match what your network is showing. I would also recommend contacting Chamberlain's support team for assistance, as we're unable to provide support for 3rd party devices. If you experience an issue with your internet connection with your new modem or need some help with your internet service, we would be more than happy to help. Thank you so much for your time and patience, and for being the best part of the Comcast family, and have a great New Year's! -Macey

The mac address {edit personal info} of the garage door opener does not show up on the new xfi gateway router.  I enable 2.4 Ghz which fixed my printer not being able to connect but Chamberlain wireless garage door opener is not seen by router

Hmm, that's definitely strange, and thank you so much for providing us with this update; we really appreciate it! Were you able to reach out to their support team, in an effort to troubleshoot the connectivity issues you've been experiencing?

I no longer work for Comcast.

Yes.  Tried all the suggestions from Chamberlain to no avail.  The app stopped working when I installed the new xfinity router/gateway.

@user_4333b8DY Thank you for sharing the steps you are following, it's extremely helpful! May I ask about how far away you are from the modem, while trying to this up?

I have the exact same issue and cannot get MyQ garage hub to work with the new gateway - same model too CGN4331COM.

Was this resolved? If so can someone from Xfinity share the recovery steps?
