Upgraded to Gigabit x2 Plan but only getting 40Mbps upload speeds.

To ensure the most reliable experience you'll want to be sure to use an Xfinity Gateway, or a Recommended Devices for Our Internet Plans found here by entering in your address and speed. Other factors you'll want to check is that you're on a new plan that supports the faster uploads and that you're address is within our next generation market.
