Upgraded to 800Mbps, but still getting base speed

Hi,

I recently set up account with upgraded superspeed, but only get 80Mbps rather then the 800 I am paying for. Please help! Details of my setup: Docsis 3.1 modem MB8600 hookedup to a 1 gigabit network via cat 6 to a dream machine pro router. I read some other users having this issue and that it may be a backend issue. I've double checked everything on my side, including directly plugging into the modem in the unlikely event that the dream machine pro is the culprit.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
