Upgraded to 2000 Mbps internet plan but only receiving 966 Mbps

I recently upgraded my internet service to 2000 Mbps but I’m not getting my plan speed.  When I test my connection in the Xfinity app it tells me I’m only getting 48% of my plan speed.  I can’t seem to connect to a live agent and am stuck.

Are your devices 2Gbps capable? Are you using Xfinity's devices?

yes i have the Xfinity modem router combo, I have cycled power and rebooted several times

Are you testing the speeds on a computer? I had to look up my motherboard to find out it only had a 1Gbps Ethernet speed. I had to buy a PCLE adapter to get it to the 2Gbps speeds
