Upgraded speed but still the same - Business account

I am already a business customer and on Monday upgraded to a faster speed. The sales agent told me that a refresh would be done by the end of the day. As of today, nothing has changed in terms of speed. On Tuesday I emailed her and she told me that she sees that it was upgraded on Monday. As of today, the speed hasn't changed. Now the sales rep isn't replying to my emails. I am not very happy about not getting an update on what is going on.
