Upgrade to 2gb/2gb Service

Just upgraded to 2gb/2gb service and installed a new XB10 modem. I'm seeing speeds of 1.5gb down and .5gb up. It's slower speeds than I saw with my Arris modem. And I'm paying more for less!

If I had to guess I'm not seeing DOCSIS 4.0.

I tried the chat bot, but went in circles.
