Will the new device being offered retain all the features of the present device, including voicemail, fax, USB/Enet/phone ports, etc.

user_9kpjy2, hello there and thanks for reaching out. Congrats on your upgrade! Utilizing our voice service doesn't impact what gateway you're using. Your voice service is VOIP (voice over the internet) - you'll just activate your gateway and connect cables as normal, return the XB3 that you currently have and proceed as normal.
