Upgrade internet speed

I am trying to upgrade my internet speed from 1gb to 2gb and cannot get it to work on the website or the app. I select manage my plan, edit speed, select 2gb, and then keep my own equipment. when I select "next", the screen errors out. I just want to increase my speed.
