updated network name/password not available

I've had issues with my Gateway router/modem so I reset it to factory settings by depressing the reset button for 30 sec. Once it was back online, I updated the network name and password using the Xfinity app. Both the app and the Gateway connection (http://10.0.0.1/) reflect the updated name and password yet they're not available on any of my devices (even when I enter them manually, not surprising). How do I fix this problem?

Hello @user_sgea97, Thank you for taking the time out to make a post. I apologize that you are having issues connecting to your network name. I understand how frustrating that may be when you need to connect to the internet. I would feel the same way. You have come to the right place, I would be glad to assist with getting you connected to your network again. Can you go to the Xfinity app and click Wi-Fi, then click Wi-Fi details, at the bottom, do you see Edit Wi-Fi settings? Once you click edit Wi-Fi settings at the bottom, is the broadcast Wi-Fi name turned on?
