Updated Internet Speed but Not Active

I upgraded my internet speed around 5am and paid. The new speed shows in my account. But it is still the speed before upgrading when I do speed test. And when I click higher speed is expected, the system says that my internet speed is the old one. What [Edited: "Language"]?

user_x2zzdm, thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I see you recently upgraded your plan, but you aren't seeing the new speeds on your end. I would need to review the changes, the speeds, and your equipment to ensure everything is updated after the new offer was added. Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
