Update to XB10 Router

I have an old router and has never been upgraded as per agreement it should be "upgraded" every 2 years.  How do I get an XB10 Router upgrade?

Hello user_4dk4rk, thank you for reaching out here in our Xfinity Community forum. We appreciate you and your time. Changing out your modem/gateway is as easy as going to a local store if one is close enough. If you need one shipped, we can help with that. The XB10 is still on limited availability due to it not being supported everywhere yet. A store is the best option for XB10; but if you just want a more current model, we can help with that.
