Update needed

Hi! Our internet has been out since 2am last night. I understand that there is a network issue but hoping to get an ETA of when we might expect to have service restored? It’s been over 16 hours at this point and we’ll need to make arrangements if the outage is expected to go into tomorrow. We’ve signed up for text updates multiple times and have heard nothing back or gotten a single update.
