Unwanted wired connections
It's been an issue since the last 5 days. We have unwanted wired connections being connected to our Wi-Fi. We have already tried changing our password twice and it's still not making any difference. Someone just keeps connecting to our Wi-Fi. Please help ASAP

Are they MoCA connections? MoCA is basically ethernet over coaxial. Xfinity gateways and some 3rd party modem + WiFi router equipment support MoCA. Comcast uses it to provide Internet access to cable boxes over the coaxial line, so if you have Internet and cable TV you can use the internet features on the cable box without needing an ethernet connection.
If they're MoCA connections you need to get a MoCA point of entry filter (MoCA PoE filter). They're like $10 on Amazon. You install it where the cable comes into your home. If you don't have one neighbors can connect to your Comcast gateway. A PoE filter is basically just a low pass filter. MoCA uses higher frequencies than cable TV & Internet, and the filter blocks those higher frequencies. Comcast ought to include them when they do an installation, but don't always do so. Then if you did a self install on an existing line they pretty much seem to treat it as your problem. But at least the filter is pretty cheap. $10 and you just unscrew a cable connection and screw both ends into the PoE filter.

@rohan_darji
Adding that you can get a POE filter for free at your local Comcast / Xfinity store if you wish.
