Unusual Data Usage

Good morning,

We just went over the 1.2TB usage for this month, but it’s unusual because we haven’t added any new devices, we don’t have any gamers in the house, and nothing has changed as far as our internet usage goes. The most that we have ever used before was 800GB, so I’m confused as to what is happening. Please advise as to what steps we can take to figure out what happened this month.

You can contact them by following this link: https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse/ This team will be able to review your usage history to see what may have caused the increase.
