Unusual Data usage - 1.5 TB in 8 days?
I got a text on 8/8 that I used up all of my internet data for the month of August. This is not possible because I work from home part time and never crossed the 1 TB mark this year. This month I barely worked from home (2-3 days) and was on vacation when I got the message. The only other people at my house are my parents who occasionally watch Youtube or browse social media on an iPad. I have not been able to reach a person by calling the Xfinity help line, and got no help at the Xfinity store. Any idea where I can get an explanation on what is the cause of all this data usage?

Hey there do you, happen to have our Xfinity App, it does let you view your data. I would be happy to review this for you. I will need some additional information.
Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
