Unstable internet

For the past several weeks my internet connection drops multi per day (sometimes as many as 25 times) and buffers constantly when it is operational.  Your useless chatbot identified there is an issue but can’t send a tech for over a month.  How do I get you to actually fix the problem you are aware of already?

user_i1o7sp Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. We are sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your connection. When was the last time you power-cycled your modem? If it has not been something you've done recently, please pull the power cable out of the modem for about 30-seconds and then plug it back in. This will cause the signal we are sending you to refresh. If you still experience connection issues after that, please let us know.

What do the modem's signal status values look like ? Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please copy all of the text in its entirety of the *Downstream Power Levels*, the *SNR's* (Signal to Noise Ratios), and the *Upstream Power Level* numbers and paste them into your next post.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem / gateway device ?

Is this with a WiFi connection ?
