Unstable internet connection

Months of unstable connection and not getting anywhere with local xfinity. Have upgraded coax all around the house. Techs have checked power levels on every pole on my street. Upgraded modem and made sure drivers are up to date. Have tested multiple pcs and devices. I seem to be losing packets at an extremely high rate.

Anyone I have talked to seems to not know how to fix the issue. How can I troubleshoot this? Any potential fixes?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

I have the same issue during the work week internet becomes unstable during the afternoon and I cant use zoom.   I have upgraded my plan and still have the same issue.   I dont think xfinity has the infrastructure to handle the demand.   Doesnt stop them from allowing me to upgrade my plan and take my money for a lousy connection.     Terrible service!

Have you troubleshot your connection? Has a technician visit been scheduled? What were the outcome of the troubleshooting and tech visit?

@user_866ab6​  Boy, oh boy... Giant monopoly Xfinity is... don't count on them helping with this problem, The lines on my pole in fron of my house have been upgraded with a new power booster for this area. All as I can say is, the technology for these problems seems to be in the amount of internet traffic at any given time... every day now my internet stops working off and on and I have to reboot at least twice and on the weekend who knows. my other half, she says to me... I can't seem to get on the internet all the time...

It my be more about the tragic fulcrum of Online Zombisms AI spending to much of our lives saturated with high tech and glued to the  computer or tablet or phone screen!!!  I do a lot of online research into historys forgotten propaganda... What you might be thinking??? When the written or printed word came into existence...(Media), Lies and superstition could be printed or written to carry the created ideas of men's minds into a concrete form of propagated dualistic mythological ideas believed as truth, although what lays within that so called truth, is propped up with allegorical myth and state educated brainwashing that conditions everyone's mind into a  altruistic curve of hyperbole and total dysfunction of scientific logic! Needless to say, the planet id full of what I term as Demonic mental distortions of realitys base connection with what we see in the natural world!

For whatever it's worth? These connumerations of media and the forces behind money and greed, keep us in the brain dead mode of media lies and the disconnected internet even Xfinity won't admit they won't fix! As far as the experts are concerned, They tell us what they want us to hear, and the truth of the matter is glazed over with the rhetoric of commercial capitlaistic imperialism... what's then good for them is all that counts... The lower functions of the people answering the phone to take care of problems rises to it's highest form of incompetency and brainwashed training. Told how to think and push some form of psychological effects to support their team efforts that do nothing but aggravate xfinity or any other company's customers.  Truly simplified as the run around and the outsourcing of jobs to people in other country's that have no clue what is going on... 

I have asked for managerial support when speaking with these outsourced company's that subcontract with Xfinity so called solutions teams... while they try to get answers from some implanted person that has some real intellegencia on the matter. The passive side of all this is just for us to be grateful they are only unloading our pocket books if we can afford it! Yes! sounds to good to be true! 

For the record, some things are easy to deal with... most people are just doing their jobs... nevertheless keeping their costumers in the dark... but what else is available that has the speeds Xfinity has??? It truly boils down to getting of the grid, good luck with that! And finding an alternative lifestyle here in la la land! Good luck with that!
