Unstable Internet connection + unprotected coaxial cable connector outside
Hello - I've been experiencing very unstable Internet connection for a few days, especially as temperatures were very low over the holidays and during windy days. I checked the cable connection outside and noticed that the coaxial cable connector is not inside an insulated box but exposed to the elements, which I think may cause the issues.
I've read questions relating to the same issues in this Community. Please advise.
