Unstable connection with high correctable codewords

I have been struggling lately with an unstable internet connection, and I haven't been able to find a solution yet. I have Blast+ (800mbps), and I struggle to play games online pretty consistently.  I will get massive lag spikes/packet burst that seems to be originating from my connection. After doing some research on the numbers, I have discovered that my gateway is logging a massive amount of "Correctable Codewords" in the CM Error Codeword Logs. Attached will be screenshots from my gateway admin panel. I have excluded any IP addresses from these shots for my safety of course.

I need some help. No troubleshooting steps I take on my end seems to improve the situation at all. Thanks in advance!

A 60ish% error rate on packets, even if they were corrected, seems really high. This problem has been getting worse and worse over time, and is now to the point where I can't sit down and game online (Call of Duty, Counter Strike 2, etc) without major lag spikes/rubberbanding

And Update:

The problem occurs sporadically. There are times when the connection is stable enough for me to play for a bit without issue, but the problem always returns. Here are some graphs illustrating stability of connection to a server in San Fransico, CA. My device was idle when capturing these graphs.

PLEASE NOTE: This next graph has changed ping scale (Y axis of graph) due to stability during that time. The line looks far worse in this graph because of the zoomed in scale.

I also ran this network test using cloud flare. It also shows poor results:

Here is a video showing the Lag issues I have been having. The connection can be just fine for a portion of the round and then degrade rapidly.

Another clip of the issue occurring in a different game:

And this clip made me give up on playing. Its really bad

The round began and was just fine for the first 3 rounds, and then round 4 and 5 were like this. There was no heavy use occurring at the time.

Also, just a side note, this occurs while connected VIA ETHERNET

@EJP1310 Did you ever get this resolved? I also play CS2 primarily although I see issues in other games as well. I won't waste your time explaining all the local troubleshooting I've already done + the tech visits replacing all the hardware locally. Curious what plan you're on. It seems like CS2 specifically performs better for customers that are offered symmetrical download/upload speeds in their area, but it's not an option here. I'm pretty confident that outbound (upload) traffic is low priority on Xfinity for the lower end plans. Your server receive margin and late packets percentage stats in the build info in CS show the same behavior as mine.
