Unsecure network and devices unable to connect after power outage

About a week ago we had a power outage that was restored later that day. Since then most devices have been unable to connect to the internet in the house. On certain devices we are showing 2 networks with our network name, one secured and one unsecure and only able to connect to the unsecure. We have not had any issues before this.

Is this an Xfinity gateway?  You didn't say.  Are the SSID's the devices CAN see "XFINITY" (secure) and "xfinitywifi" (unsecure)?

Those are the built in public hotspots other people can use, not your internal WiFi.  If your gateway flaked out, it might have reset to default.  I'm not sure what the default internal SSID for an INTERNAL gateway is ("Xfinity" perhaps), but they factory default back to WiFi 6.  Devices that speak 802.11 b/g/n aren't going to be able to talk to WiFi 6.

If you can't log into http://10.0.0.1 you might have to spit out the 2.4G and 5G signals again for your other devices (if not using 'pods') with the phone app.

Hello there @user_68a024 ! 👋
Thank you for reaching out to our team here within our very own community! We are glad to hear that your power was able to be restored! As mentioned by @flatlander3 we most certainly want to ensure that the appropriate information is displaying, and being connected to.

I've included a link below that will help guide you through on determining which bands may be showing, and how you can select and change the particular settings.

Once you've checked this, to confirm that your personal home network is what is experiencing the issue, rather than potentially the hotspot. Please let us know here so we can move forward with our troubleshooting!
We look forward to hearing from you!
