Unreal cables

My service has been telling me for over a year that I'm not online multiple times a day I went outside and did some smoothies and this is absolutely ridiculous. Xfinity Service man says there's nothing he can do about it it's all up to my apartment manager how can this be?

@user_kfj31z When did you have a technician come out? Are you in a Bulk community by any chance? If yes, did you reach out to your apartment manager?
