Hello @Shaquna, thanks for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble unpausing your devices, which can definitely be frustrating. When you open the Xfinity app and go to the Wi-Fi tab, do you see both your connected and offline devices listed? If so, when you tap on the device that’s paused, does the option to Unpause appear?

Hey there, user_maur2f! We appreciate you knocking on our XFINITY Community door with the issue you have experienced, not being able to pause your devices on the XFINITY app, too.

By chance, have you checked for any updates from the app store and cleared your web browser’s cache and cookies history before attempting to log back into the app?

Yes the app is up to date, and if you try and go to 10.0.0.1 it tells you that you have to use the app.

Ive also uninstalled and reinstalled the app with clearing the cache and unplugged and plugged the router to force a restart.

@user_maur2f I just checked my own app and the option is still there. But I believe it has moved from how it was done previously. If you could please confirm in the app:

1. Log in

2. Click the WiFi tab at the bottom.

3. Scroll down that page to the bottom. You should see a section labeled devices. In that portion you should see Connected, Offline and Paused.

4. Click on Paused and find the device that you want unpaused and click on it.

5. The toggle to unpause should be available after selecting the device.
