Unlimited internet data
I have been trying to get the unlimited data for an extra $30.00, since I get warnings that I will go over my plan. I have my own modem and do not want to upgrade at this time. When I get onto the page for the unlimited data option I get the following message. "Sorry, this line of business is not currently available due to a temporary error. Please try again shortly." I have been trying for days and looking in the forums with this issue, it looks like it has been an issue for a long time.

Thank y ou so much for the public post about your concern of signing up with our Unlimited Data. You are in the right place and we are happy to assist you today. At this time there is an issue when trying to add the Unlimited Data to accounts online. We are happy to add it for you on our end.
Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
