Unlimited Gigabit Extra Plan...
I am writing to express my immense frustration and disappointment with the ongoing issues I’ve experienced with Xfinity. I am currently subscribed to the Unlimited Gigabit Extra Plan, which is advertised to deliver speeds up to 1300 Mbps. However, my PC is consistently testing at under 100 Mbps—a far cry from what I’m paying for.
This is not an isolated or recent problem. I’ve had two separate technicians visit my home, and I’ve spent countless hours, easily over 50 troubleshooting interactions , with your customer service representatives, who seem to operate more like NPCs in a script than individuals equipped to resolve complex issues. Despite all this, the issue remains unresolved.
What adds insult to injury is that Xfinity continues to bill me monthly without fail for a service that you have not been able to provide. It’s unacceptable that I’m expected to pay full price for internet speeds I’m not receiving, with no accountability or tangible solutions on your end.
At this point, I’m strongly considering canceling my contract entirely... even if it means paying a termination fee, because I refuse to continue paying for a service that fails to deliver even the bare minimum of what was promised. My previous provider may not have advertised flashy gigabit speeds, but at least they delivered reliable service and respected my time as a customer.
Frankly, this entire experience has been exhausting, infuriating, and disappointing. I expect better from a company of your size and reach.
